Fryday, burger restaurant chain, faced substantial challenges in its marketing efforts before our intervention. The primary issue was a low level of brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.

 

Moreover, the undefined brand strategy failed to showcase the main UVPs of the brand which in case made it harder for the customers to differentiate them from their competitors

 

 The social media presence was ineffective, with limited reach and exposure, and the overall lack of a cohesive strategy led to underwhelming results. These challenges demanded a comprehensive approach to elevate Fryday’s marketing game and establish a strong, resonant brand presence.

To tackle Fryday's low brand awareness and engagement on social media, we initiated a focused campaign aimed at amplifying their Unique Value Propositions (UVPs). This involved creating and disseminating content that highlighted Fryday's distinctive offerings and brand identity, using targeted hashtags and engagement tactics to enhance visibility and interaction on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Addressing the undefined brand strategy, we developed a clear, cohesive branding guideline that articulated Fryday's core UVPs, brand voice, and visual identity. This framework was applied across all marketing materials and social media content, ensuring consistency and clarity in how the brand was presented, making it easier for customers to recognize and differentiate Fryday from its competitors.

To revitalize Fryday's social media presence, we employed a mix of organic and paid strategies to increase reach and exposure. This included optimizing profiles, scheduling regular, engaging content tailored to audience preferences, and running targeted ad campaigns to extend reach beyond the existing follower base, all aimed at building a more effective and cohesive social media strategy without specifying the resulting outcomes.
